Terms & Conditions — 499bat Platform

By accessing, registering on, or using the 499bat platform in any capacity — including browsing the site, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotional offer — you enter into a legally binding agreement with 499bat and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the 499bat Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any promotional communication, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

499bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The current version will always be available at 499bat.im/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms.

Use of the 499bat platform is restricted to natural persons who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during the use of the platform:

• You are 21 years of age or older. This is a hard minimum age requirement with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 499bat or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by 499bat for violations of these Terms & Conditions.

499bat may request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension. Any winnings accrued prior to age verification may be withheld pending confirmation.

To access the full range of services offered by 499bat, you must create a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

• One account per person: Each individual may maintain only one active player account on the 499bat platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited.
• One account per household: In cases where multiple members of the same household wish to use the platform, each must register separately and may be subject to enhanced identity verification.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 499bat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Suspicious activity: If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 499bat support at [email protected] immediately.

499bat reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any stage. This may include requesting a government-issued photo identification document, proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account registered to the same mobile number), and proof of residential address.

499bat processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the transaction being flagged for review. 499bat reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

499bat does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own fees, for which 499bat accepts no responsibility. All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering checks. 499bat reserves the right to delay or refuse any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.

All bets placed on the 499bat platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market. Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by the terms displayed within each market at the time of bet placement.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only deemed accepted once a confirmation reference number is generated and displayed to the player. Bets that are not confirmed due to network interruption, system error, or insufficient account balance are void.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game categories. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• Void bets: 499bat reserves the right to declare any bet void in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, incomplete events where the result cannot be determined, evidence of match manipulation, or technical failures that affect the integrity of the result.
• Live betting: In-play betting markets are subject to suspension or change at any time. Bets placed after the outcome of a live event has been determined — due to latency or data feed delays — may be voided at 499bat's discretion.
• Crash games: Results in crash games (including Crash Goal) are determined by provably fair algorithms. Players acknowledge that these games involve an inherent element of chance and that historical results do not predict future outcomes.

Any attempt to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or game malfunctions for financial gain is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. Winnings obtained as a result of such exploitation will be forfeited, and the account will be permanently closed.

499bat may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, deposit match bonuses, and other incentives to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Promotional offers are intended for recreational players and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts associated with each promotion will be clearly stated in the offer description.
• Only one promotional offer may typically be claimed per person, per household, and per device unless stated otherwise.

Players using the 499bat platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human method to interact with the platform, place bets, or harvest data.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing prohibited activities.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity onto the platform.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your 499bat account to another person.
• Impersonating another player or providing false identity information to 499bat staff or during verification processes.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the underlying software, servers, or network infrastructure of the 499bat platform.

499bat employs fraud detection and risk management systems that continuously monitor account activity. Where prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected, 499bat reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account, withhold or forfeit any funds held within it, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

499bat is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. Players are strongly encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings, including:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to manage your spending.
• Session time limits: Receive automatic alerts when a pre-set playing session duration has been reached.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Chargebacks initiated against 499bat by a payment service provider.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormant account procedures.
• Voluntary closure requested by the account holder.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering compliance. 499bat's decision regarding account closure and fund forfeiture in cases of confirmed Terms & Conditions violations is final.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 499bat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to network interruptions, device failure, or connectivity issues beyond 499bat's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Temporary unavailability of the platform for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency technical interventions.
• Errors or omissions in game results caused by third-party game provider technical failures, subject to the void bet provisions in Clause 5.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 499bat's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. 499bat provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and makes no warranty as to uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation of the platform.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data submitted by players to 499bat is governed by the 499bat Privacy Policy, available at 499bat.im/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in that policy.

499bat uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. Player account passwords are stored as irreversible hashed values and are never accessible to 499bat staff in plaintext form. 499bat does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

The date shown in the "Last updated" line at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 499bat with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind relating to the same subject matter.
